Simpson County Board of Education Invitation to Bid

The Simpson County Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for the following vehicle:

  • 1. 2021 Chrysler Voyager LXI or comparable vehicle

Bid specifications are available on the School website or can be picked up from the Superintendent’s Office, 430 S College Street, Franklin, KY 42134, Telephone 270.586.8877. Any questions about the bid specifications should be directed to Amanda Spears at 270.586.8877.

All sealed bids shall be delivered to Simpson County Board of Education, Amanda Spears, 430 S College Street, Franklin, KY 42134 before 9:00 a.m., local time on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Simpson County Schools – Vehicle Bid” in the bottom left corner. The Simpson County Board of Education is not responsible for the premature opening of, or failure to open a sealed bid that is not properly addressed or identified. All information on bid form shall be typed or printed in ink; please do not use white out or correction tape on the bid form.

The Simpson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any/all bids and waive all formalities in the award of the bid.

Local resident bidders may be eligible for a Kentucky resident bidders preference pursuant to KRS 45A.
