FS County Map

Simpson County Schools are located in Franklin, Kentucky, just 20 minutes south of Bowling Green, Kentucky and 40 minutes north of Nashville, Tennessee. SCS is surrounded by a supportive community and a hometown feel. It is our goal for every teacher to find their path to success as a Franklin-Simpson Wildcat.

With an enrollment of around 3,000 students, SCS is the 59th largest district in Kentucky. Franklin-Simpson boasts a proud history of athletic achievements and academic successes.

Programs

Fine Arts
Fine Arts The fine arts program at Franklin-Simpson includes a wide range of opportunities in both the visual and performing arts (music, theatre, etc.).
FS Baseball
Athletics With 15 varsity level teams, athletics play a significant role in the identity and school spirit of FS. The Wildcats compete in the KHSAA Class 4A District 2 in football.
Beta
Student Life Extracurricular clubs, groups, and activities are encouraged for Franklin-Simpson students to take part in. At FSHS, there are currently 24 club opportunities for students.
FS
Dual Credit In partnership with SKCTC, Western Kentucky University, and Murray State University, FSHS junior and senior students have access to attend college classes to earn credits.
