Parade Information

It is Parade Time again!  Please read the following information to ensure that all documents are turned in.

1. Athletics:
Any athletic organization, school or community-affiliated, must submit the "FS Athletics Entry Form" to register your team.  A "Student Athlete-Waiver Form" should be completed and turned in for each player.  These forms should be in the vehicle pulling the float during the parade.  Each team should also have an accurate "Parade Roster" completed and turned in to Mr. Venable at the high school.  Lastly, the driver of the float must submit a "Community Entry Form" with a valid driver's license.

2. Community Organizations:
All community organizations should complete a "Community Entry Form" to register your organization with the parade.  Remember that the driver of the float must turn in a copy of a valid driver's license.  Each student/child on a community float must have a completed "Community Rider-Waiver Form."  Please have these forms in the vehicle during the parade.  Each organization should also have an accurate "Parade Roster" completed and turned in to Mr. Venable at the high school.

3. Pep Floats:
All students riding a Pep Float must have a "Pep Float-Waiver Form" turned in to Mr. Venable no later than Wednesday, 9/28.  All Pep Float drivers must submit a "Community Entry Form" with a valid driver's license of the person driving the float.  

ALL FORMS (except the "Community Rider-Waiver Forms" and the "Student Athlete-Waiver Forms," which drivers MUST have in their vehicle during the parade) ARE DUE TO MR. VENABLE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, 9/28!
