At FSMS, a group of dedicated students known as the Renaissance Crew are aiming to create a positive and welcoming school environment. Through their leadership and teamwork, they promote school pride, provide rewards and recognitions, and build a sense of community and knowledge among students and staff. Every week, they develop a completely student-created news reel and newsletter to keep students up to date on events, give shoutouts, and inform listeners about ongoing events. In addition to this, the Renaissance Crew also celebrates birthdays each month, decorates for events, plans recognitions, and helps with school-wide initiatives like our Greatness and Honor cards. These students have made a massive impact on our school environment, and we hope this program continues to grow each year!
