Nelaya Abebrese is an exceptional student who recently achieved a remarkable feat at Franklin-Simpson High School. Alongside her high school diploma, she graduated with an Associate of Science degree from SKYCTC through the dual credit program. Abebrese is the first FSHS student to complete both the high school degree requirements and the 60-credit hour requirement for an associate's degree at the same time. Only seven high school seniors in SKYCTC's service area this school year completed the feat. Nelaya's dedication and commitment to her studies have been evident throughout her academic journey.
