Hello, my name is Miriam Boyd. I am an exceptional needs teacher at FSHS and am highly qualified in the area of English and Reading. I graduated from WKU with a master’s degree in Exceptional Education and have been teaching at FSHS for twelve years. I have been married to Eddie Boyd, Sr. for 26 years, and we have five grown children between us. I have the pleasure of being a mother, a step mother, a grandmother, and even a (step) great granny. I am a Christian, and I try to always treat people and handle situations in a Christian way. I believe all children can learn and do learn, and I am dedicated to helping them learn and grow. I enjoy swimming, horseback riding, walking, reading, gardening, cooking, teaching Sunday school, and spending time with my family. I am a teacher at heart and find the experience rewarding and challenging.
