Numerous team and individual sports will be offered such as: Kickball, Wiffle ball, Handball, Kin-Ball, Soccer, Badminton, Tennis, Volleyball, Dodge ball, and Corn Hole.
Each student will be taught the proper technique and safety routine. All students will be required to set up their own Individual Workout Program (IWP). Each student will be assessed by their individual max out numbers in the four core areas: bench press, power clean, military press, and squat.
