WKU High School Fishing course for college credit
My name is Dr. Raymond Poff and I’m a professor at WKU. We are offering an exciting summer course for high school students (for college credit) and are requesting your assistance in sharing this information with your students and their families.

Course: Fly Fishing Montana: Travel-based Learning in Recreation & Tourism (3 college credit hours)
Scholarship: One student will have their course expenses covered by a current WKU student donor.
Destination: Missoula, Montana
Families: Parents, grandparents, or legal guardians are encouraged to participate in this program with their high school student. It’s a great family experience.
Instruction: Pre and Post-Travel Instruction online + three full days of on-the-water instruction in Montana.
Important things to know: No prior fishing experience is required. Fly fishing equipment is provided to use during the course. Students are expected to maintain high standards of behavior.
